The bulk of this function is performed by the Radarmen in Combat Information Center. Standing behind the radarmen are, however, the electronics technicians. These ETls may be found at any time of the day or night swinging from a mast or crawling through the bowels of the ship in their never-ending duty of keeping the electronics equipment working.
