Division The Fifth is a division with dual personalities. It is responsible for the starboard five inch battery as well as the amidships deck area. The deck force, headed by Singleton, fulfills the diVision's various duties, from maintaining the appearance X I and cleanliness of the deck-to manning and firing the o A A Q I guns. Included in such duties are manning the starboard 5 I fueling station, lowering accommodation ladders and keeping the ceremonial quarterdeck.
