Bogey I, altitude 9000 feet, sir. These are just a few of the phrases you may hear if you were to visit CIC, Where our radarmen Work. These radarmen are a part of the Operations Department and the OI Division. In Combat, as in other phases of shipboard life, there exists the great necessity for teamwork. All air controlling, radar navigating, much of the communication and even secondary battery shore bombardment is controlled from CIC. The men of OI Division see that all phases of their mission are carried out with the greatest efficiency.
