Constance F, Stecher (Adviser to the Wampatuck) Miss Constance F. Stecher, Head of the Department of English and Faculty Adviser to The Wampatuck since 1931, has guided and worked with us to point the way to help and to live with others. We have learned through her just what it requires to he successful and happy. We owe much of our achievement to her and we wish to e.xpress our deep appreciation for all that she has done for us. Marion J. Simpson William J. Foley (Co-Sponsors) In our Sophomore year, when we were entitled to elect class officers for the first time, we chose Miss Marion J. Simp- son to be our pilot. She saw us through our Sophomore and Junior years with suc- cess. When it came time to become Seniors, we elected Mr. William J. Foley to assist Miss Simpson with the many and varied events of our fourth year. They have both worked untiringly to guide us in all our activities. The best we can say is — Thank you !

ATION Edna E. Woodsum Miss Woodsum is Mr. Proctor’s gracious and efficient secretary. Her interest in young people is generally known, and all who come in contact with her respect her. Ralph W. Proctor One of the friendliest and most sincere men that we have ever seen is Mr. Proctor. When he mentions himself it is not of his accomplishments, of wliich there are many, but of his few failures or when the joke was on him. Mr. Proctor was a star athlete during his high school and college days and thei ' efore takes great interest in spoi ' ts at B.H.S. You can find him at any football or basketball game. It is very encouraging to the boys playing that their superinten- dent thinks enough of them to leave his stack of work to come to see them win or lose.
