National Honor Society consists of sophomores, juniors and seniors who meet the four criteria of scholar- ship, service, leadership and character. The purpose of NHS is to create an enthusiasm for scholarship, to stimulate a desire to render service, to promote leadership, and to develop character. This year NHS sponsored the Sadie Hawkins Dance and began a service project called Teacher of the Month, recognizing the members of our faculty who are doing an outstanding job. They also supplied refreshments for the teachers during National Education Week.
