Through this participation it is hoped that the in- dividual will develop an appreciation of the worthy use of leisure time and ci wholesome attitude toward physical activity. Athletic ac- tivities are organized both on a team and indivi- Q I 14 ' dual basis, thereby enabling all to take part. Teams are organized on a cottage level with ten different sport events carried out each year. The counsellor of each cottage coaches his team, and scoring results are posted after each event. Mr. Maurice H. Skip Palrang is Director of l Athletics, and Mr. Stephen T. Calhoun is the high school coordinator. Trophies and ribbons are a- warded tothe winners of each sport.
