i953 CLASS PROP!-IECY One day I hapt to stumble On a book, looked strange to me So I dusted off the cover Just to see what it could be. I flipped through the shiny pages And thoughts came back to me Of the fun I'd had at Central With the class of '53. I stopped a sec to Wonder Just where each one was now Cause it had been over 20 years Since we'd had a class pow wow, Well, McDermott is a barber Ambrosetti is his aide A hair cut costs three dollars I'd say they have it made. Guido Bugni is a ranger In the forest dark and green O'Connel1 is a detective And they say he's pretty keen. Martinich is a bowling champ Al Boyle is his doubles pard When their balls are working right They smack the maples mighty hard. Schapiro hired Roberts As a plumber in his store They work on leaky faucets Till they don't leak any more. Vince Barry and Mike Sullivan Two planeteers are they From earth to Mars and back again Takes them not quite a day. Fagan is a carpenter I-Ie makes his buildings large Neufelder is a river man Who owns a great big barge. Korn and Petraitis Two Tangents are they Both are fine singers So I've heard people say. Don L. and Don E. Sullivan Are wealthy men today Seems they made a fortune In the markets way last May. Keely and Noonan So tall and thin Play professional handball Against Warila and Quinn. Scarrah and Egan Are chemists I hear They're working on a bomb That'll be finished next year. Yochim is a trumpeteer In Louie Meyer's band Pat McCarthy is their manager They're the finest in the land. Gene Fogarty is a sailor Vern Tabish is his mate They work for Willie Demsher On a steam ship hauling freight. Joe Monaghan is a teacher At old Montana U Dick Reilly is a lawyer I-Ie's won every case but two. Strnod is a druggist In some big store out west Whalen is a docter They say that he's the best. Bob Hay is an actor McMahon is the same They both star in movies And both have much fame. Cowan runs a T. V. shop In Memphis. Tennessee Hightower is a space cadet Somewhere on Mercury. .lack Walsh and George Foley Are with the FBI Grant runs a factory He makes a Persian dye. Chuck Smith's a banker VVith some eastern branch Russell is a cowboy On Benninger's ranch. Dixon is a manager In the local Five and Ten Tahiia lives at Texas U I think he's dean of men. MeGeehan and John McCarthy Have a candy store on Main McLaughlin is a specialist VVho'll cure most any pain. ,Tack Harrington and Jim Riley Are artists in Paree Dick Seymour sells their paintings In his shop in New Jersey. Simon and Kiely Are coaches I hear Their teams were opponents In the Rose Bowl last year. Bill Lutz and Walt O'Neill Are heads of some big firm Olsen is the Mayor of Butte This is his second term. Ed Kochevar and Tom Regan Run a resort near South L. A. Trevithick is an oil man Wav out in Santa Fe. Jer Harrington had an illness, A bad attack of flu He lingered on at death's dark door Till Doc Leary pulled him thru. His wife is still in mourning And is feeling very glum For poor Mahoney has strangled On McClintock's chewing gum. Now that you have read this And have nothing else to do Why not ring up some old friend And see if it is true. CLASS OF 1953
