FGQEWORD ..,., This is the story-in words and in pictures-ol: a team ol: Fighting men aboard a Fighting ship. It tells who we are and what we accomplish. We men ol: this carrier unit are a varied and diverse group. We come from every walk ol: lite-from every corner ol: our nation. We are aboard the BOXEQ-some as ship's company H and some as members ol: the air group it transports. Some ol: us lily the planes that deliver our punch to the enemy, but most ol: us are engaged in the many other duties that makes our punch possible. We began our cruise as individual groups thrown together in this massive Floating city. By the time we reached the combat zone, though, we Found that we were no longer individual groups, but a single team-an integrated Fighting unit. We had one job to do-to Fling the Force of America's might and power into the Faces ol: those who dared to challenge it. We had one purpose in mind-to complete our mission as quickly and eliliectively as possible. And we had one rule ol: operations-to work hand in hand, to cooperate, to mold ourselves into a concentration oi: power and punch that would produce the utmost in Fighting ability. This, then, is the story ol: our team. We have done our workg we have completed our mission. Our ears ring with the echoes of many WELL DONESH.
