Kerr C5155 pl"0l9A6Cg As we, the Senior Class of 1945, come to the end of our high-school days, we do not look back on the past years as being filled with hardships and regretsgf instead we remember the good times we have had in preparing ourselves for the future. Because of the uncertain conditions of our world, many of the boys and some of the girls will take their places in the armed forces of our country to help make this world a better place in which to live. But the nations will not always be at warg and, "when the lights go on again all over the world," there will be many things for us to do. We, the members of this Senior Class, will have to take our place in helping to build the future, not only of our own country, but of the other coun- tries as well. We shall have to build our nation with such a substantial foundation that it will never again be threatened with war. In a class prophecy it is sometimes the custom to prophesy for each individual a future, but in a class of so many members it would be impossible to do this. Judging from past records, however, we can say that not only the class as a whole, but every individual has proved himself efficient and capable. Therefore we predict for each of them a very bright and successful future.
