The Art Club, under the capable direction of Miss Reed Potter, has contributed greatly to the school this year. Supplementary to this, the club members have done a great deal of civic and war work. They constructed the scenery and posters for the Senior Playg furnished the illus- trations for the Annual, made the programs for the School Masters Club and the many other clubs and banquets: at Christmas time printed the cards for soldier kits and the men in hos- pitals. Many of the members of the club entered posters in the Poppy-Day contest, The Art, Speech, and Music Banquet held in November at the Helm Hotel proved the largest social event of the year.
