Students wrote stories and let- ters on the way over during the bus trip. Bowie girls stayed in the dormitories on the campus of Texas Women's University. The Aztec and Bowie Growler were given an All- Texas rating by officials thus making the Bowie pub- lications one of the best of their kind in the area. The students returned home in the gaily decorated bus, with a better and broader view of journalism.
