J Klein C Peterson FRONT ROW S Steffen C Olson S Mertes S Hass C Corey H Zacharias Junior Play This spring the Junior Class presented the three act comedy 'Take Your Medicine The characters of the play were Wally Harms as Henry Dodson Sharon Hass as Angela Warren Bob Mertes as Dr William ackson Harriet Zacharias as Miss Holt as Dorthy Carleton Sandra Mertes as Charlotte Nelson Chuck Kling as Jack Benson Dwaine Pfeifer as Jonathan Ptxckctt Julie Klassen as Miss Dome Finkledink and Ruth Klein as Dodie Blake The play takes place in the room of a prix ate hospital Jonathan Puckett is a patient who changes the temperature recordings on his chart Just so he can remain at the hos pital and keep away from h1S crabby sister Angela War ren Henry Dodson s niece comes to usit him at the hospital because he has promised to gixe her and her future husband Dr fprofessorl Jackson S50 OOO for the first life Dr Jackson sax es The hospitals regular doctor is called away and so Dr Jackson is put on the spot when sex eral humerous emergencies come up such as a patient swallowing a chicken bone and Dr Jackson haxing to remoxe it with a pair of sugar thongs But the climax comes when Jonathan Puckett seemingly dex elops an appendicitis Dis aster is ax erted hovxex er when Puckett escapes from the operating room and finally conxinces exeryone he really isnt s1ck and Angela and Dr Jackson get their S50 OOO check 26 BACK ROW: Mrs. Ormiston, R.
