In March, interested sophomores submitted their names as candidates. The Prom Server Committee, headed by Sister Norma Jean Turner, carefully selected the servers based on their participation in school activities, attitude, and whether or not they were on probation. The 1983 Prom Servers: Pam Miller, Lisa Schambs, Dawn Taylor, Angie Cavallo, Stacey Joyce, Wayne Tallman, John Dickman, Paul Woods, Ed Georgevich, and Chris Garretson. lj Even though juniors sold tickets several weeks before Prom, Prom Servers still kept busy selling tickets at the door.
