30 BOSTON UNIVERSITY YEAR BOOK. IV. Any person or persons who will give or bequeath to the Uni- versity a sum not less than ten thousand dollars to founda University Fellowship or Lectureship in any department shall have the privilege of naming such Fellowship or Lectureship, and of nominating its first incumbent. V. University scholarships in the different departments shall be of three different classes - first, second, third, according as the endow- ment is three thousand, two thousand, or one thousand dollars, and any person or persons founding a scholarship of any class, or in any department, shall have the privilege of naming the same, and of nom4 inating its first incumbent. FORMS OF BEQUEST. I give and bequeath to the Trustees of Boston University the sunt of thousand dollars, to be applied at their discretion for the general purposes of the University. I give and bequeath to the Trustees of Boston University the suni of thousand dollars, to be safely invested by thern and called the Scholarship Fund. The interest of this Fund shall be applied at their discretion, to aid deserving students in the College of Liberal Arts for other specijied departnientj.
