IN MEMORIAM LCDR Ed N. Collins Born: August 14, 1927 Died: August 20, 1969 A kind gentle, likable man. A man dedicated to his shipmates and a friend to all. Mr. Collins served in Boston for a year as our personnel officer and administrative department head. We all miss Ed Collins. And we are a little poorer for his departure.
