Eager, excited, entering dawn of youth, Boise High Schqol'a Freshmen come into their first year here. Filled with full bloom' of youth, the Seniors pass an their way to other things. '. -rr ' qu . .4 .......e:vv ..--,...a'?. ....-Mau... -ff ..-J James Cruzen Carroll Smith Class olli Vllqllitiirrttysfttlliiree ANOTHER Senior Class has been through the joys and sorrows, work and fun, of four years of high school and is ready to be graduated from the Boise Hi halls of fame, many, perhaps, to attend higher schools of education, some to begin their life work, a few will get married and, of course, some will just drift. This is by far the largest class to be graduated from Boise High School, having an enroll- ment of 314 students. The Senior Class Officers were: James Cruzen, Presidentg Carroll Smith, Vice- Presidentg Martha Bailey, Secretary, and Frances Smith, Treasurer. Representatives to the Student Council were Robert Keyser and lVlinnie McCurry. There were the usual class meetings for announcements, discussions of Colleges and Universities, assemblies, dues and so on. Every year a special day is set aside for the Seniors to dig up their old rags and costumes of every sort and wear them to school. On Senior Dress-up Day this year, April 8, the Seniors sponsored an assembly to display the costumes. Prizes were awarded to Grace Arnold and Tom Simmers for having the best looking costumes. Verna Priest and Ralph Claycomb received the prizes for the worst rigs.
