President Andruss, at a joint meeting of the Board of Trustees and the Bloomsburg Town Council held in the con- ference room on Friday, Jan- uary 27, 1962, outlined plans for increasing enrollment to 3,000 by 1970. This expansion of the campus will include an addition to the power house, J:he construction of two wom- en ' s dormitories, a new audi- torium, and possibly a new li- brary building.
