Future Farmers of America became coeducational for the first time this year when they allowed girls to join them. Six Coeds signed up. Mike Gardner represented the school as a delegate to the National Future Farmer Convention in Kansas City, Missouri. Bloomington also attended the state convention at Cal Poly College in San Luis Obispo when john Baczkowski and Bob Thomas made the trip with Mr. Tom Beckwith.
