Energetic, fun, intense, tolerant, adaptable and friendly. These words could be used to describe most Blake students. We all live fast paced lives, full of work, play, commitments, responsibility, and vitality. Everyday brings new surprises, pressures, meetings, and time to let go. This year in particular let the outstanding qualities of Blake students shine through. Not even the closing of the main part of the school building for the first quarter could keep us from moving right along, and we all came out ahead, if not more physically fit, by the year's end. Blake offers many opportunities to learn, to lead, and to live a productive and exciting life. By moving from activity to activity we become more well-rounded and accepting of change. Perhaps in between the homework, the games, the concerts, the plays, and whatever else you do. you’ll have time to sit back and reflect on a most character building year.
