History - a record of wordsg of deedsg and of actions. The Class of 1971 will soon
become a part of the history of Black River High School. Our words, and our work, are
recorded in this book - to become a brief section of the past, as we move out into the
world to assume our role in the future. May some highlight of your life in this past year
have been caught and recorded in the 1971 Echo.
Editors,

was trying to do for this school. The scholarship .fund in both 1-lsrgie
and Dad's iname is 'one way of preserving what they both wanted for this
I F school. The' memories of some little thing that Dad seidito you or some-
'thing that he has done to help you with a problem, are all tributes to him,
ss a teacher, administrator, and perhaps above sJJ., as s friend to all of
you. -
