Our class entered its Junior Year in Sep- tember I957 with a feeling that we had never experienced before. For this year it was our responsibility to put on the Junior- Senior and Football Banquets' to furnish more representatives on the Student Government Board the Canteen Council the cast of the High School Play and the Dragon and Annual Staffs, Three juniors were football sponsors two were cheerleaders and one each a Girl and a Boy Stater. The never-to-be-forgotten thrill of our Junior Year was our class rings! At last came our Senior Year' The time had come for the selection of our flower and colors We chose as flower the rose as our colors red and white Now that our diplomas are within reach plans and preparations for graduation filled our minds A year full of tasks difficult and tedious at times but a year of happy days and fondest memories It has been a fragrant retrospection For the loving thoughts that start Into being like perfume from The blossom of the heart As Ive lived the old days Over has been a luxury divine As my truant fancys wandered Back to those old classmates of mine' 33 HISTORY OF THE SENIOR CLASS OF I959 As ' , ' ' .
