In-house computer system newl snack bar weight room .. tennis courts , . , pool - these and many other projects have changed the face of Bishop Montogmery, and are a tribute to the dynamic leadership of Fr. Comerford, the forward-looking principal who left Bishop a legacy of progress and innovation. His successor, Mrs. Dorothy Pittelkau, is in her ninth year at Bishop. She has put countless hours into setting up the new computer system, in addition to carrying out her duties as Assistant Principal for Curriculum and Summer School Princi- pal. ln February, Mrs. Pittelkau became Principal when Father Comerford re- signed. Mr. Jim Stavang, Vice Principal, is in charge of staff development. His duties' include improving the quality of instruc- tion, which he accomplishes through an ongoing program of evaluations, staff and individual conferences, and working with the counselors. fCounter-clockwise from leftl Judging by Fa- ther Comerford's smile, the checks must re- 1 present incoming money.
