First Talent Show a Success The Coffee House, this year ' s talent show, was pre- sented by the Drama Club January 22 in the cafeteria. Tal- ent in the show varied from poems to music to comedy. Minstrels Host Second Invitational Swing Choir Contest On February 28th, the 2nd An- nual Invitational Swing Choir Contest took place here at Luers. Fifteen of Indiana ' s top swing choirs competed throughout the day. Each per- formed a 20-minute show in or- der to qualify for the evening finals. Grand Champions were the Marion 26th Street Singers followed by the Huntington North Varsity Singers, Anderson Swing Choir, Norwell Swing Set ' 76, and the Carmel Ambassa- dors, respectively. The Bishop Luers Minstrels also presented afternoon and evening exhibi- tion performances. The ' glitzy ' 26th Street Singers of Marion are 1 again. The director of the Minstrels, Fr. Fred.
