Scholars and Athletes Are Honored Swiss steak, green beans, and a potato come to mind when we think back on the various banquets held throughout the 74-75 year. On April 30, the scholars of Luers were honored at the an- nual Honors Banquet. The students and their parents were invited to the dinner if they had achieved honors the first three quarters of the school year, which means they had to have at least a B average each quarter. The Fall and Spring Athletic Banquets were held on December 1 and May 14, in order to honor the athletes and coaches of the various sports. Among the teams honored were Softball, volleyball, tennis, cross country, football, basketball, track, baseball, golf and cheerleaders. Middle Left: Some of our outstanding Senior foot- ball players.
