Parents Come Alive in Auction 98 The celebration of Bishop Kelley's 25th year commenced with the Fifth An- nual Auction. The theme of the fund raiser - Happy Birthday Kelleyn - coincides with the impending 25th year of quality Catholic education in Tulsa of- fered by Bishop Kelley High School. Under the direction of chairpersons Mr. and Mrs. Robert E. D. Harper and with the combined efforts of over a hundred parents and Kelley supporters the 1985 auction brought over 8125,000 into the school. 1 Mrs. Nasser, Mrs. Morey, and Dr. Graves socialize during the auction. 2 Mrs. and Mr. Boerger plan their next move. 3 Auction bidders get busy. 4 Mr. and Mrs. Axley bargain hunt with Brother Larry. 5 Auction guests carry home their purchases. 1 BX e ,Nerv- 142 l

I 1, fr.. , 3 Q Computer Club While most Kelley students are in the library before school trying to finish their homework, members of the Computer Club are in H-4, home of Kelley's Computer Science Department. Computer Club members go into the computer room before and after school under the supervision of Ms. Haddock. When not doing their homework or defending the galaxy from invaders, computer club members have disc-washing parties, and provide Kelley's love-sick students with com- puter compatability lists. 1. Ms. Haddock says, Screw your head on right, then maybe you'd understand. 2. Computer Club officers say, microchip for the camera: Chris Young, Paul Covy, Josh Smith, Phil Collier, and Chris Graham. With the guidance of Mr. Severino these girls sing at all of Kelley's liturgies, and throughout the diocese. School Board and Booster Club Enrich Kelley f 5900? was sw i The Bishop Kelley School Board is formed by parents and members of the Tulsa Diocese religious com- munity, appointed by Bishop Eusebius Beltran. These dedicated adults ideally represent all parishes. Among their many ac- complishments for the school year '84-'85, they have instituted a long-range planning process that includes both this year and the next. They have also approved and regulated the school budget. Sitting left to right, row one are Sister Marietta Fischer, CDP, Linda Con- rey, Chris Wolking, Sister Rita Mc- Claskey, OP, and Alice Kelly. Row two, left to right are Scott Collier, .v 3 John Erbrick, Yvonne Hankins, Bart Cronin, and Brother Laurence Humphrey. Not pictured are Father Gregory Gier and Sister Joan Duerst, OP. The Booster Club is a stalwart group of Comet fans. Through their efforts, they seek to provide Kelley with the best possible athletic program. The club pays for the equip- ment, uniforms, and travel expenses for all sports. Booster events include the Dogs and Suds Party, the Las Vegas Par- ty, and get-togethers after home football games. The club also holds two Sports Banquets during the year to honor Kelley athletes. Booster Club Officers are Dick Gold, President, Clarke Brunton, Vice-Presidentg Helen Lau- inger, Secretaryg Ron Brown, Treasurer first semesterg and ,lerry White, Treasurer second semester. 1. Why are both Mrs. Bradley and Mrs Brunton trying to cheat off of Mrs. Culver's paper? 2. Mr. Brunton and Mr. Gold prepare for Spring Catalog '85! 3.
