Faculty members qualified for the ballot by working at Kelley for a minimum of five years. This qualification Mrs. Vilela met easily as anyone who has listened to her exciting stories of Kelley's past can verify. Mrs. Vilelais contributions are varied. They have included senior class sponsor, journalism sponsor, and diehard Kelley sports attendant. The one at- tribute which stands out in any conversation about Mrs. Vielela is her teaching ability. Anyone who can make so many honors classes so exciting deserves the popularity Mrs. Vilela has achieved.
