Thoughts on Senior Year — We all learned 963 vocabulary words during the fall of ’79, but the most im- portant one was left out — senior, noun — insanity. If you took the time to look around craziness was everywhere . . . Seniors are a strange bunch of peo- ple. They don’t know if they’re kids or adults. The fun of Senior year is trying to be both . . . People say we’re going through a phase. I’d rather be in the middle of a phase, than stagnant in a generation not right for me . . . “GOOD MORNING! Today we are on a G mod schedule. There will be a meet- ing of the Gomet staff in Mr. Lynch’s room after school today. Would Rick Lavoie and Mark Smith please see Brother Richard sometime today. There will be a senior class meeting in Room 220 at 2:20 Thursday. All are invited to attend. The girls’ varsity basketball team beat Arlington Gatholic by a score Senior year is when you’ve heard all you care to hear about grade point averages, high SAT’s, and noun clauses . . .
