Under coaches Ralph LeDuc and Bob Girardin, the Crusader harriers raced to a second place finish in the Yankee Essex Division League. Hockey entered Fenwick for the first time, on intra-mural basis, in 1966. Eight teams, 10 members per team, comprised the league. First year champions were the pucksters of team 6, captained by Denn is Gray. Runners-up in the successful athletic program was Marty Jones’ team 5. The 1965 Baseball squad, coached by Mr. Jack Birmingham, brought Fenwick its first championship team.
