For this reason section 951 has elected them for the offices of treasurer, secretary and vice president. When my first day of high school came along l was very excited, to say the least. I was given a program and told to report to section 9sl, whatever that meant. l ended up in a room with a sea of faces and a long list of names which, in the meantime, have been pieced together to form some of my closest friends. We're a class of laughter-a class of cheer. We're a class of hopes-for the future years. There's so much that we share-that it's time you're aware. We're the class of seventy-two! We're the Crystals after all-bIue's our color worn by all. We're the best class always true. We're the class of '72! There is just one class that's so full of fu n, And our smile means friendship to everyone. Though our sections divide--we're united in pride as the Class of '72! 20 CRYSTALS The Crystals of '72 were very successful in their first year at Conaty. They grasped at the main quality which all classes aim to achieve - unity. Their success should be attributed to many causes, not the least among them, the enthusiasm of the girls and their willingness to cooperate in all their school and class projects. However, we can- not overlook the class officers and moderator. The President, Sharon lveryg Vice Pres- ident, Carolyn Jones: Secretary, Letty Chavoyag and Treasurer, Rosaria Jordan, have all played prominent roles in affecting the Freshman Class. Moderator, Sister Emilia, guided the class along the new roads of high school days. Working together, they made the Crystals of 1972 a class that everyone connected with Conaty will be proud of.
