A l N lv T' '1 '91 g l doubt if any of us will ever forget that terrifying experience we all faced on September 16, 1968. lt was our first day of high school! All of a sudden there were innumerable faces, endless rules, a jumble of classes, and worst of all the condescending tone of those constantly calling, Hey, Freshmen. But there were still clubs to join, dates to remem- ber, and that one dreaded event - initiation - to face. Polishing shoes, hailing seniors, carrying books, and kissing rings made us wish there were no such things as initiation day. But before it was over we had seen that outa-site play given exclusively for us, and we were all laden with more loot and stuffed ani- mals than we could carry. For this reason section 951 has elected them for the offices of treasurer, secretary and vice president. When my first day of high school came along l was very excited, to say the least. I was given a program and told to report to section 9sl, whatever that meant. l ended up in a room with a sea of faces and a long list of names which, in the meantime, have been pieced together to form some of my closest friends.
