NHS Creates Desire To Render Service The National Honor Society creates an enthusiasm for scholarship and a desire to render service. Under the direction of Sister M. Christopher, P.B.V.M., the society also develops character and promotes leadership. Members attend an annual outing with the California Scholarship Federation. The girls also spend their Friday afternoons helping with clerical work at St. John of God Hospital.
