Being as one whole and not different little groups is what makes a class successful. The sophomores certainly did prove themselves successful by winning the spirit stick four times during the football season. They stuck together as a team. Tammy Knipp commented, We've got good officers and a good president which helps the class to stick together. Being involved is what makes our class so spirited, stated Bob Gonzales. Involvement plays an important role to the sophomores because they feel that they can accomplish anything as long as the class works as a whole.

The reason was because they were afraid and confused. Coming to a new school is no easy task. But as their second year rolled on by, they joined more clubs, tried out for school sports, and got involved in school activities.
