Being as one whole and not different little groups is what makes a class successful. The sophomores certainly did prove themselves successful by winning the spirit stick four times during the football season. They stuck together as a team. Tammy Knipp commented, We've got good officers and a good president which helps the class to stick together. Being involved is what makes our class so spirited, stated Bob Gonzales. Involvement plays an important role to the sophomores because they feel that they can accomplish anything as long as the class works as a whole.

'Knowing people, knowing the school' Being in the middle and not getting much attention was the remark of many sophomores. They felt that even though they were past their freshman year they did not get a lot of attention like the freshmen and seniors got. One good point Gina Quijada pointed out was We don't get pushed around anymore because we're not considered babies. Many sophomores felt like they were more a part of the school now than in their freshman year because they felt more confident with the school and the people around it.
