Our city has shown again and again that it wants us to have the best available and to lack nothing in the way of educational equipment. Citizens' committees study our needs, make recommendations based on their findings and help to inform the people. ln turn, the citi- zens go to the polls and vote overwhelmingly in favor of bond issues and funds to provide new buildings, more and better facilities and happy, satisfied teachers. Our educational leadership is of the best, trying to look ahead, to adiust the tax load, to make a sound budget, to arrive at the greatest good for the greatest number. We are given beautiful and functional buildings, modern equipment, a rich curricular program of many subiects and diversified courses. We can study any- thing from ancient Latin to the car of the future. We can prepare for college, train for a vocation or take a gens eral course. We appreciate our opportunity, the interest our city takes in us. Vife try to deserve it all and make good use ot it. No wonder we like it here. 1 P' ,I Ag. 2 x Sym ,r 5- . . Y'w4,,,,, .gigs w 4,
