sunllt summer 0 work and pla Came September the semors manned a fleet of trucks and dozens of prrvate cars and statron wagons From the barn they unpacked and transported tons of paper Wrth the cars they covered Brrmrnqham up one street and down the next house to house and door to door Addrnq the 98 per cent persplratron to the two per cent msprratron they torled over tlme Stalled trucks at Maple and Woodward embarrassed but drdn t daunt A last the day ended wrth the class 819 dollars rrcher and the krds trred but happy Baby srttrnq IS the cho1ce of many b th qrrls and boys Its a trade that can be plred all year and many a Job rs assured by a try out rn summer The pay rsnt the best but there are lots of Jobs and the work rs steadv and not too hard Empty school playqrccrnds make rdeal recreauon spots for small try Lmda LaMarre found rt easy to look out for half a dozen chrldren ludy von Rosen attended the Iournalrsm Workshop at the Unrversrty of Mlchraan and found her two weeks very profrtably spent She was qettmq ready for her Job as Ed1tor of The Hrqhlander but couldnt stay away from the yearbook sessrons Professor Freld knows hls yearbooks and other school publ1cat1ons He rllustrat d many a pomt w1th blackboard sketches
