Much praise goes to the Stamp Girls for their conscientious effort in the sale of defense stamps. This program has been carried out during the entire school year— sale every Wednesday. There was an average of $100 or more each week on the sale of stamps, which does not include the bonds purchased outside of school. Girls participating in the stamp sale for the year 1043-44 were: Carol Townsend, Peggy Berryman, Hazel Pride, Betty Young, and Dorothy Miller. -• 15 ►-
