The new system inaugurated this year has proved itself worthy of adoption by the succeeding student body. lt is designed so as to distribute the participation in governmtnt among a number of students rather than to limit responsibility to a few. This, after all, is the real aim of any form of student governmente-allowing more students to gain an experience in leadership which will prove of benefit to them after they have finished their formal education. 1.-.....Q, ..
