Sportsmanship Ranks High At B.S.H.S. Last year, to promote sportsmanship, the schools in the district decided to award a banner to the school who showed the best sportsman- ship throughout the year. The Light and Serious Sides Of School One of the first events of a new school year is the an- nual Howdy Dance. The dance gives students a chance to get together with old friends and meet new faces. Along with all the con- fusing activities of fall, class officer elections are among the most important. A — The Howdy Dance, first annual dance of the year, is always a big event. B — Refreshment center is a popular place with students at the Howdy Dance. C — Students arrive early to school on election day.
