Blocton Falls The Choctaws proved who has the best team in the county by soundly defeating West Blocton. Bibb County totally dominated the game, holding Blocton to less than 100 yards total offense and allowed but six points on the score- board. 3 Choctaw backs picked up over 100 yards rushing. Quarterback Neal Bridges scored 1 touchdown, passed for another, kicked 3 P.A .T .s, and ran for a 2 point conversion. Fullback Don Groves bulled his way for 2 touchdowns behind great blocking by his offensive line and Alfred James was on the other end of Bridges' touchdown pass. The Choctaws were Indian-givers, returning the beautiful wreath sent to us last year. Hopefully the wreath helped con- sole our adversaries on the north end of the county. Choctaws are Indian-givers!
