Page Twenty HE junior class has for three years successfully met its responsibil ities and has been of service in furthering the interests and activ- ities ofthe school. Plagued by bad luck in money-making projects, the Class of '55 has had to work doubly hard in many cases. As sophomores the class planned to handle all concessions for the spring ath- letic events, but unseasonably cold weather prevented any success. Taking this failure in stride, the class went on to sponsor a guest appearance of the F our Fresh- menf, one of the highlights of the school year. Of course, the biggest event of their junior -I Z! 771 0 T5 year was the prom. A cave entrance, buried '-1-T treasure, mammoth clam shells, and deep sea divers set the scene for the theme Under the Seaf, which was fascinat- ingly done. All this activity was di- rected by class officers Mark Pohlman, president, Patti Iones, vice-president, and Karen Walker, secretary-treasurer.
