NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY SCHOLARSHIP, service, leadership, and character are the four requisites upon which membership in the National Honor Society is based. Thirteen members of the class of 1937 were selected for the Bexley Chapter this year. The object of the organization is: to create enthusiasm for scholarship; to stimulate a desire to render service; to promote worthy leadership; and to encourage the development of character in the pupils of Bexley High School. The members are selected from the upper third of their class in scholarship, and fifteen per cent of the entire class may be admitted each year.
