Mrs. Edith Carr, the school nurse, had im- portant responsibilities to the health of the students. It was her job to care for those who became ill during the school day. This storehouse of knowledge offered a wide selection of books for reports, reference, literature, and pleasure reading. Many choice fiction, non-fiction, biographies, essays, and novels were also available.
