Students who possessed the talent, the abili- ty, or the desire to learn the fine arts were invited and encouraged to partake in the courses and the extracurricular activities re- lated to art, music, and mechanical drawing. Sewing, cook- ing, and child care under the supervision of Miss Millicent Boswell and Miss Eileen Hen- nessey prepared the girls for their future as homemakers.
