Keeping arseloes Physically Fit Ann Farley and George Taylor Physical Education B.H.S. offers a complete athletic program under the supervision of Nlr. Charles Walsh. Providing the all-important physical training for B.H.S. are Miss Ann Farley and Coach George Taylor. Besides developing physical skills, this program offers the element of compe- tition in many intramural games. Boys who are especially interested in physical activity may go out for any of the many sports offered or join the Boys, Athletic Club. Girls who wish to fur- ther their physical activities may participate in any of the several sports or join the new Girls, Athletic Club, as well as the Girls' Intramural Club. Up and Over. It teaches the fundamental skills of typing, bookkeeping, and shorthand, along with valuable courses in secretarial practice. office practice, consumer educa- tion. and advertising. Miss Eleanor Lambertson, who is the head of the Business Depart- ment, conducts the Business Education Service Club. Three teachers are connected with the Beverlega. Miss Constance Turlo guides the Typing Staff, Miss Margaret Miner is the head of the Advertising Staff, and Nlrs. Evelyn Bicciardi is in charge of the subscription and sales.
