Based on actual incidents, the adventures of the authors as emancipated young ladies on shipboard and in Paris amused the audi- ence and filled the auditorium with gay and merry laughter, especially Mrs. Skinner's gift of safety pockets . , . Man overboard! . . . Emily's concern about life preservers . . . Cornelia's measles . . . Medical Inspector . . . Happy Bastille Day . . . Cardinal Richelieu's bed . . . Monsieur de la Croix. Following the custom of Bethlehem Catholic High School a double cast portrayed the characters.
