B- CLUB To start the year off, B Club had a Thanksgiving Assembly in which they collected food and money for the needy families. Off and on, they went to Buckley and decorated for special occa- sions. With the theme Days to Remember , they sponsored the annual Father-Daughter Banquet. The Christmas concert, the music festival at Mount Si, the choral contest at Mount Tahoma, and the Easter Sunris- Service were a Kew of the many performances given by the choir. The purpose of Torch Honor Society is to give recognition to scholastic a- chievement. ln October a member- ship luncheon was held to honor I84 members, llar- gest group everl. Other activities included the dog- patch dance in which Fred Speer and Nettie Alvarez were chosen Little Abner and Daisy lVlay. A breakfast was held in lVlay honoring Senior mem- bers only and an addition- al banquet was held under the supervision of B.E.A. with Honor Society doing the work for the graduat- ing Seniors.
