As freshmen we chose Ray Boyer as our class president. The other officers were: vicefpresident, james Meyersg secretary, Susan Speicher: and treasurer,Larry Shoher. This year forthe first time we were represented in the May Queens Court. Our representatives were Helen Monahan, Sara Croner, Rohert Croner, and Ray Boyer. Time passed quickly and soon we were sophomores. Karl Imgrund hecame our president this year. The other officers were: vicefpresident, james Raupachg secretary, jean Leydigg and treasf urer, Sara Croner. As in our freshman year, we had a Round and Square Dance for our class party. Sara Croner represented our class in State Orchestra and Betty Foust represented us on the varsity cheering squad and also won the title Miss Baskethall Sweetheart. Also this year we ordered our class rings. Our May Day Attendants were Betty Foust, Beverly Poorhaugh, john He ler, and ames Meyers. pln our jiinior year Nathan Ward was our president. Larry Shoher was vicefpresident, Eileen Lahute was secretary, and Shirley Long was treasurer. This year we received our class rings, pref sented our class play, Cahriel, Blow Your Horn, and attended the JuniorfSenior Prom, which we helped finance with money raised from our magazine sale. Our sponsors, Mrs. Vera Shultz. Mr. Paul Urhain. and Mr. john R. Esch, worked hard to make our junior year a success. This year Sandra Holland, Shirley Krause, and Donna Hay joined Betty Foust on Also in our junior year Emma jean Walker represented us in District Chorus. Court, we were represented hy Mary Alyce Crowe, Deanna Donner, Larry Rau aeh. rln our senior year Larry Shoher was elected president. He was assisted hy presidentg Susan Speicher, secretaryg and Karl Imgrund, treasurer. As seniors and our sponsors, Mrs. Evelyn R. Baltzer. Mrs. Betty Menhorn, Mr. Ward Lehman, and Mr. R. Wayne Suder, helped in many challenges we faced as seniors. In Novemher we presented our class play Harvey. In Decemher, Miss Eileen LaBute hecame Maple Princess and represented us in the Maple Queen Contest in Johnstown. There she won the high honor of heing named Penn' sylvania's Queen Maple XI. Now we are caught up in the whirl of graduation activities-f-the Prom, examinations, class night, Baccalaureate and finally-Commencement. We are soon to leave our status as Mountainf eers.
