EDICATED TO . . . We, THE ARROWHHEAD STAFF of 1963, take great pride and pleasure in dedicating this edition of THE ARROWHEAD to Mr. William Randall, who, by his patient and understanding guid- ance has conscientiously and successfully contributed to our school a band of which we are very proud. Mr. Randall started his service to Berkeley Springs High School in the fall of 1955. At this time the outlook for the Berkeley Springs High School Band was not good, due to the facts that many of its members had graduated the previous year and that no future plans of rebuilding the band has been set up. Nevertheless, Mr. Randall started a rebuilding program in the Berkeley Springs High School and surrounding schools which in- cluded the addition of fifteen different instruments and new band uniforms. He has been fully responsible for our band which during the past four years has been awarded four consecutive Superior ratings at the Regional Band Festival. No such success can be possible without great effort on the part of somebody, Which, in this case, is Mr. Randall, to Whom THE ARROWHEAD STAFF sincerely and respectfully dedicates this volume of THE ARROWHEAD.
