Only after many years have passed will you be able to fully appreciate its contents. An enormous amount of hard work has been put into this publication by the staff and advisor. Most of the time spent was not school time, but time on Saturdays, holidays, before and after school. This is a sacrifice by the staff that others might have enjoyment and pleasure for years to come. The student body, the faculty, and the administration express their sincere thanks for this excellent Annual. May it be a double pleasure to those who did such fine work on it. To our class advisors, Miss Starnes, Mrs. Talbott, and Mr. Vanscoy, we leave our thanks for four years of wise and tireless guidance. To the oncoming seniors we leave the name Seniors” and the hope that they will live up to its expectations. To the sophomore class we leave our many experiences. To the freshman class we leave the dream of someday becoming seniors. And last, but not least, the individual bequeaths: Joe Apple bequeaths to Doug Allemong his skillful ability to bother Mr. Talbott in democracy class. To an unlucky heir, Lynda Michael, Mildred Barnes joyfully wills her two little brothers. J. D. Barney passes on to Donald Fearnow his ability to make straight A’s” in French class without studying.
