Senior Friends CATHERINE FI NLAYSON Chairman Eagerly 65 Senior Friends donned their beanies, taking over their new duties during the last week of the Fall semester. Through proctoring, helping teachers and substitutes, by welcoming new students and visitors, by ushering and working in the lobby we have furthered our goal, Friendship and Service.” But our efforts have gone into other areas, too. We served the G.A. in the lollipop sale and dance, while we have tried to reinstitute the Rally-Senior Friend changeabout and sponsor a slave sale. The responsibilities of a Senior Friend are many. But it offers privileges and opportunities to serve and participate in varied activities. Such a large group as this semester’s Senior Friends could only have run smoothly through the cooperation and imagination of all the girls. Sharing the burden has made my work easier. Special recognition and thanks go to Mrs. Ulry and my cochairmen for a profitable and memorable semester.
